Are your products made to order?
Yes. All of our products are made to order. Each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping yet, but we plan to in the future.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
After production, estimated shipping time is:

Who do you ship with?
We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and the most efficient method available.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is running.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse
We only replace or refund damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.
