Shipping Information

All Look N The Mirror products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Each item is created especially for you after your purchase is placed.

We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location, product type, and the fastest available shipping option.


Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced.
This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time (After Production)

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 4–8 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping volume


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
This tracking number allows you to follow your package through UPS, FedEx, or USPS until delivery.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your number is issued.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless stated otherwise during a promotion or special offer.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Look N The Mirror is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of UPS, FedEx, or USPS, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. Contact us if the issue cannot be resolved


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country. These charges are not controlled by Look N The Mirror.
