Returns & Exchanges

At Look N The Mirror, all of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always make it right if there is an issue caused by production or shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, size, or design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

We will correct the issue and send you the correct product.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Color preference changes

  • Design changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items that were worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

We do not offer size exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.

Address Errors

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the carrier directly for delivery investigations.
